Abu Dhabi will present an infrastructure pipeline valued at more than US$56 billion at EXPO REAL in Munich from 5 to 7 October.

The Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre announced the roadshow on 30 September. Its scope spans housing, transport, education, culture and social infrastructure, with public bodies and private-sector companies taking part.

A pipeline, not money already committed

The figure describes the opportunity being presented. It should not be read as new foreign investment secured at the event or as contracts already awarded.

For real estate investors, the next useful detail is where individual projects stand: procurement, funding and delivery. Infrastructure can change how a district functions, but a portfolio-wide headline cannot establish when a particular neighbourhood will receive a school, road or other facility.
