Al Maryah Island is set to gain One&Only Private Residences under a partnership announced by Mubadala, TARAF and Kerzner on 1 October. TARAF is Yas Holding's property division; Mubadala is the island's master developer.
The proposed building rises approximately 230 metres over 44 floors, with a direct connection to The Galleria. Plans include one- to three-bedroom homes, duplexes and a penthouse, alongside elevated gardens and wellness spaces.
