SAAS Properties says construction is under way at The Ritz-Carlton Residences on Al Maryah Island, with completion targeted for the second quarter of 2030. The update was published on 1 October during LIVEX.
The scheme comprises 165 homes, including apartments, duplexes and penthouses. Shaun Killa leads the architecture, with interiors by Tara Bernerd. Planned amenities include pools, a spa, workspace and a cinema.
The development was already announced during Abu Dhabi Finance Week in December 2025. This is a construction and delivery update, not its first reveal.
